Samsung Arrived!

Ok, my Samsung screen arrived!
After setting it up and making it the main display on my MacBook, I love it.
The colour is amazing, it’s bright enough. It’s also inteligent. I didn’t know it could use two sources, so technically my Mac, soon to be PC can share!
The increased resolution, 1680 x 1050, is amazing along with the 20″ screen, gives so much space. I have fit at least six more bookmarks on my FF3 bookmark bar.

Tomorrow should be ordering my screen.
A Samsung SM2032BW 20″ Model.
After being advised to get it, on account of the 3000:1 Contrast and the 2Ms response time.
After Christmas, I should be getting the actual parts!

Blashphemy

WoW, World of Warcraft. I play it. When I say play, I attempt to let my MacBook’s puny GPU handle it, on low. I got 30FPS once?!
So thi Christmas, I’m planning on getting parts to build a PC. After building one with my brother. (2.4Ghz Quad Core. 8800 GPU) I want one for my self.
The budget is around the 400 mark. That includes getting a screen. So I’d say a “budget gamer”
These are the parts I’m going to get eventually.
CPU, GPU, HDD, Case, RAM, Screen, DVD Drive, Wi-Fi, Keyboard/Mouse
I’ll be getting the screen sooner than the rest, but the parts after Christmas. Allowing funds to replenish.
I’ll update this with pictures (obviously) etc when they arrive. This could get to be biggg post!
